Meet Marsha
Your Haunted Host
Welcome! My name is Marsha, and I’ve been counting down to Halloween since the 1970s.
Growing up in that golden era of paper decorations, flickering pumpkin pails, and neighborhood trick-or-treating, Halloween wasn’t just a single night on the calendar – it was a feeling. It was a world of creepy curiosities, classic monster stories, and a wonderful modicum of mischief.
I never outgrew that magic. Today, I bring that distinct sense of eerie elegance and cozy nostalgia into everything I do. Making Make Believe is a dedicated space for fellow Halloween fanatics who refuse to pack away the spooky spirit on November 1st.
The magic happens right here in my studio and office. When you step inside my creative space, you’ll find an ever expanding gallery wall overflowing with original spooky art and classic Halloween LPs, right alongside a haunted cabinet packed to the brim with vintage curiosities. It’s under the watchful eyes of these retro treasures that I design and craft.
My passion spans anything and everything Halloween. On any given day, I might be buried in colorful embroidery floss constructing creepy cross-stitch, engineering unique holiday decor, or designing custom costume accessories. If it conjures a vintage autumn vibe, I love to make it.
Ready to bring some of this ghoulie goodness into your own home? I invite you to explore The Haunted Library – our exclusive collection filled with over 130 templates, patterns, and printables designed by me, your haunted host, to help you create your own year-round magic.
Step inside, explore the archives, and let’s make some haunted make-believe together. After all, October is a state of mind.
